We care about you, not what you’re wearing, so feel to come in jeans or whatever is comfortable for you and suitable for our family atmosphere. While some of us attend church dressed in traditional attire (coat, tie, dress or skirt etc.), many of our members and visitors dress much more causally (sport shirts, jeans, etc.). A jacket or sweater may also be needed.
Your children age 3‑12 will be welcomed into the "Little Lambs" classroom right after Praise and Worship in the main sanctuary. The Little Lambs are not "baby‑sat" at our church, they are taught the Word of God in a fun, safe environment through Bible lessons, games, songs, and hands‑on exercises. Our teachers are trained in Ministry School and early childhood education.
If you desire to have your child participate in class, they will be signed in and out each Sunday/Wednesday. All of our children’s ministry volunteers must pass background checks and have a heart for kids and families. For more information about the Little Lambs click here.
The LGCC Teen Ministry, "The Kings Youth" (TKY) meet regularly on pre‑scheduled Friday evenings, their schedule varies depending on school events, sports and other activities. For a calendar of events click here. The teens attend service in the main sanctuary on for Sunday morning and Wednesday night services. For more information about the King’s Youth click here.
LGCC broadcasts on Periscope and posts videos on our YouTube channel. We regularly post videos and photos on social media. If you prefer not to have your image shared please let the greeters know and sign a photo release form and we will assure that your image will not be broadcasted or posted.
First time visitors will be asked to stand, only if you choose to do so ‑ so that we may acknowledge and celebrate your presence with us! We will NOT further single you out publicly or ask you to say anything, and we do NOT expect guests to contribute anything financially.
